The working principle of positioner mainly adopts electric or hydraulic drive mode, and transmits power to the positioner through the transmission mechanism, so as to realize the position shifting operation of heavy objects.
Positioner is a special welding auxiliary equipment, which is suitable for welding position shifting of rotary work to obtain the ideal processing position and welding speed. Its product structure mainly includes main structure, drive device, transmission mechanism, positioner mechanism and control system. In terms of working principle, the positioner generates power through the drive device, transmits the power to the transmission mechanism, such as gears, chains, wire ropes, etc., and then transmits the power to the positioner mechanism, such as lifting mechanism, rotating mechanism, tilting mechanism, etc., to finally realize the position shifting operation of heavy objects. In terms of product advantages, positioner has the advantages of high precision, high efficiency, high stability and high safety.
Positioner is generally composed of workbench rotation mechanism and flipping mechanism. Through the lifting, flipping and rotation of the workbench, the workpiece fixed on the workbench reaches the required welding and assembly angle. The workbench rotation is variable frequency stepless speed regulation, which can obtain satisfactory welding speed. The remote control box can realize remote operation of the workbench, and can also be connected to the operating machine and welding machine control system to realize linkage operation.
In automated production, the positioner can transfer the workpiece from one position to another and accurately position it at the specified position. When it runs in coordination with the robot, it can improve the flexibility and efficiency of the production process, which is conducive to mechanized and automated production. The design of the positioner introduces the concept of modularization. According to the function and structure of each component, the positioner is divided into multiple modules. Each module has a unified installation size, but different structural sizes. In this way, after combination, multiple types can be designed to meet the needs of various welding fixtures and adapt to a wider range of robot welding workstations.
