Technical requirements for peripheral welding equipment

All welding equipment used under industrial production conditions shall meet the following basic requirements:
1) All arc welding equipment and resistance welding equipment must comply with the provisions of GB15579-1995 "Part 1 of Safety Requirements for Arc Welding Equipment - Welding Power Source" and GB15578-1995 "Safety Requirements for Resistance Welding Machines" and pass the 3C mandatory certification for low-voltage electrical appliances promoted by the State Administration of Technical Supervision.
2) It should be sturdy and durable, with stable working characteristics and good reliability.
3) The various technical characteristics of the welding machine shall comply with the corresponding provisions of the mechanical industry standards and meet the requirements of the welding process used.
4) The welding parameters are easy and intuitive to adjust and can remain stable during long-term welding.
5) It has good compensation ability for fluctuations in the industrial power grid.
6) It is economical, practical, and easy to repair and maintain.
7) Under normal use and proper maintenance, the working life should be more than 10 years.
