Positioner is a special welding auxiliary equipment, suitable for welding position change of rotary work, so as to obtain the ideal processing position and welding speed. It can be used in conjunction with the operator and welding machine to form an automatic welding center, and can also be used for workpiece position change during manual operation. The worktable rotation adopts variable frequency drive stepless speed regulation with high speed regulation accuracy. The remote control box can realize remote operation of the worktable, and can also be connected with the operator and welding machine control system to realize linkage operation.
The welding positioner is generally composed of a worktable rotation mechanism and a flipping mechanism. Through the lifting, flipping and rotation of the worktable, the workpiece fixed on the worktable can reach the required welding and assembly angle. The worktable rotation is variable frequency stepless speed regulation, which can obtain a satisfactory welding speed.
