The basic components of welding fixtures include but are not limited to the following aspects:

Clamp body: This is the main part of the welding fixture, which is used to clamp the welding workpiece. The shape and size of the clamp body need to be designed according to the shape and size of the welding workpiece to ensure that the fixture can clamp the workpiece and maintain its stable and flat posture.
Clamp base: As the basic part of the welding fixture, it is used to support the clamp body and fix it on the workbench. The design of the clamp base requires sufficient stability and rigidity to withstand the weight and torque of the clamp body and the workpiece.
Positioning device: used to ensure the position and direction of the welding workpiece in the clamp body. It can appear in various forms, such as bosses, latches, dowels, wedge blocks, etc., which are used to produce a certain limit effect between the clamp body and the workpiece to achieve precise position and direction.
Support device: used to support the weight and shape of the welding workpiece and prevent the workpiece from deformation. The support device can be in the form of a support frame, a cross rod, an angle iron, etc., which can support different parts of the workpiece to achieve a stable posture and facilitate processing and adjustment.
Pressure device: Generally used to strengthen the clamping of welding workpieces to achieve higher stability and top adjustment of workpieces. Pressure devices are generally fixed on the clamp body in the form of nuts, bolts, springs, etc., and the torque is adjusted to achieve the appropriate clamping force.
