Safety operating procedures:
Before operation, it is necessary to check the equipment to ensure that all indicator lights, voltage and air pressure are normal, and the workpiece and fixture are installed in place. At the same time, clean the operation site to ensure that there are no flammable materials, and check the normal operation of the shading and dust collection devices.
During operation, you must wear appropriate work clothes, gloves and protective glasses, and avoid standing between the robot and the workpiece or fixed objects to prevent injury.
After programming or modification, it should be checked for no error before automatic operation. If there is an emergency, it must be stopped for processing.
After the work is completed, perform equipment maintenance and site cleaning, turn off the equipment and clean up the debris.
Teaching operation:
Use the teach pendant to store mechanical movement and process memory, and set the arc start, movement path and arc end of welding through the display, emergency stop button, keyboard, etc.
Before work, teach the robot in advance the welding sequence, walking trajectory, etc., and memorize them to improve the quality of batch products.
Actual welding process:
After the preparation work is completed, write a program to specify the welding position, speed and amplitude, install the workpiece and clamp it to prevent movement.
Start the robot to perform welding tasks, and monitor the robot's performance to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
After completing the task, shut down the robot and perform necessary maintenance and cleaning.
