Welding robot workstation

Welding robot workstations usually involve solutions that integrate welding robots with grasping systems.Welding robot:
Welding robots are the core of the workstation, usually using industrial robots (such as ABB, KUKA, FANUC and other brands), with high-precision motion control capabilities, able to complete complex welding tasks.

01

Welding Mode

Gas shielded arc welding (MIG/MAG) : Commonly used for sheet welding.
Argon arc welding (TIG) : Suitable for applications requiring higher welding quality.
Spot welding: Suitable for applications such as the automotive industry that require fast and precise welding.

02

Grab system

Robot hand claw: used to grab the workpiece and accurately place it to the specified position. The claw can be customized according to the shape, size and material of the workpiece.
Vacuum grasping system: suitable for grasping flat or smooth surface workpieces, especially in automotive manufacturing and other industries widely used.
Pneumatic gripper: Suitable for a variety of industrial applications, it can quickly and accurately grasp and release different shapes of workpieces.

03

Automatic control system

The workstation is usually equipped with a highly integrated PLC (Programmable logic controller) or CNC system, which can monitor the welding process in real time, adjust and optimize the welding parameters. The robot control system and grasping system realize information sharing and coordinated operation through the network to ensure the stability and efficiency of the welding process.

Table/Workpiece positioning system

The welding robot workstation needs to have a high-precision workpiece positioning system, such as automatic fixture and workpiece alignment device, to ensure that the workpiece is fixed and positioned accurately in the welding process to achieve the best welding effect.
