Several Classifications Of Positioners

①Double-column single-rotation positioner: This type of positioner is suitable for welding rectangular structural parts of engineering machinery such as the rear frame of loaders and the frame of road rollers. Its main feature is that the motor at one end of the column drives the working device to rotate in one rotation direction, and the other end is driven by the active end. The columns on both sides can be designed to be liftable to adapt to products of different specifications. The disadvantage of this type of positioner is that it can only rotate in one circumferential direction. When choosing, pay attention to whether the weld form is suitable.
②U-shaped double-seat head and tail double rotation type: Compared with the first type of positioner, the welded structure adds another degree of rotation freedom in another space on the basis of the second type. As shown in Figure 3, this type of positioner has a large welding space, the workpiece can be rotated to the required position, and the design is advanced. It was successfully used by many manufacturers of engineering machinery in the early 21st century. This positioner can be used in the welding of structural parts such as loaders, excavators, and road rollers according to the process conditions of each factory.
③L-type double-rotation welding positioner: The working device of this positioner is L-shaped, with two degrees of rotation freedom, and can rotate ±360° in both directions. Compared with other types of positioners, this positioner has good openness and is easy to operate. The L-type positioner has been successfully used in the welding of the front frame of the loader, and the use effect is very good, and it is very popular among on-site operators.
④C-type double-rotation welding positioner: The C-type rotation form is the same as the L-type machine, but in order to facilitate the specific design of the clamp, the working device of the positioner is slightly changed according to the shape of the structural parts. This type of welding positioner is suitable for welding loader buckets, excavator buckets, etc.
